Implementation Ideas/Suggestions
- You can create your own folder that includes the activity sheets for your students to complete when they take the pets home. There is also a sign in/out sheet to help you keep track of who has the pets.
- With your students, vote on names for your Pets (name voting cards included).
- Go through the activity sheets you have placed in the folder and explain what your students need to do.
- Encourage your students to either take photos of their adventures with their new pets or they can draw a picture to add to the folder.
- Your students can then share their adventures with the rest of the class when they return with the pets.
