Returns Policy

Please read our Returns Policy carefully, as no exceptions will be made.

30 DAY CHANGE OF MIND GUARANTEE

We are extremely confident that you will love Your Teacher’s Pet Creature, however, if you don’t find your new cuddly pet creature to be suitable, we do offer a 30-day returns policy (physical products only) - just pay the return shipping.

After this 30 day period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Non-refundable items: 
Any downloadable products (digital resources) (PDF) – These are emailed automatically after purchase, therefore digital products are NOT eligible for a refund.

We do endeavour to continually improve our products and the customer experience, so we may ask you a couple of questions regarding the reason behind returning your product. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or an order number.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your refund has been processed. Your refund can only be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at info@yourteacherspetcreature.com, DO NOT return your product without contacting us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning your item/s, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items (at our cost) if they are defective on arrival. Please note our products are quality checked before being packed. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your items if there is an issue, to be eligible for an exchange. Please send us an email at info@yourteacherspetcreature.com if you have any issues with your order and we will be more than happy to assist.

 WEAR AND TEAR POLICY

 First 30 Days

We offer a 30-day wear and tear exchange policy. If you find that your pet creature has been so loved that all the cuddles have caused it to burst at the seams within the first 30 days of receiving it, we will happily exchange your plush toy.

Shipping

To request an exchange, send us an email at info@yourteacherspetcreature.com, DO NOT return your product without contacting us first.

In your email, please include the following:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Photos to show the fault with the product

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will then receive an email with a tracking number once your new item has been shipped.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When returning your item/s, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 After 30 Day Life-Time Guarantee

After the first 30 days, we offer a lifetime guarantee wear and tear policy on our plush toys only. If you find that your pet creature has been so loved that all the cuddles have caused it to burst at the seams after the first 30 days of receiving it, we will happily offer you a 50% off code to replace your current plush toy (like for like) (not including the shipping cost). Please note, the 50% off will be applied to the individual plush toy price as per our website.

In your email, please include the following:

  • Photos to show the fault with the product

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to replace your current plush toy. Your order will then be processed as a normal order and normal shipping times will apply.
