Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We take every care to quality check our products before they ship, however if you find your product has a fault on receiving it (excluding the imperfect products), please email us at info@yourteacherspetcreature.com within 14 days of receiving it with photos of the fault and we will provide you with a solution.
If you have neglected to collect your order or for any other reason and it has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the full shipping cost that we are charged by our courier to have it resent. No refunds will be given.
