30 DAY CHANGE OF MIND GUARANTEE
We are extremely confident that you will love Your Teacher’s Pet Creature, however, if you don’t find your new cuddly pet creature to be suitable, we do offer a 30-day returns policy(physical products only)- just pay the return shipping.
After this 30 day period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Non-refundable/ exchangeable items:
Any downloadable products (digital resources) (PDF) – These are emailed automatically after purchase, therefore are NOT eligible for a refund. This includes if it is part of the Everything Bundles.
Stamps (as these are made to order)
Any "imperfect" products (as stated on our website)
Any discontinued/sale products
We do endeavour to continually improve our products and the customer experience, so we may ask you a couple of questions regarding the reason behind returning your product. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or an order number.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your refund has been processed. Your refund can only be applied to your original method of payment. The refund will be for the product only and will not include any shipping costs paid.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning your item/s, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CHANGE OF MIND BEFORE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED OR ORDER RETURNED DUE TO NON-COLLECTION
If your order hasn't shipped yet (this includes any form of preorder) and you change your mind on your purchase and would like a refund, we will refund your order minus a 10% restocking fee.
If you have neglected to collect your order and it has been returned to us and you wish to receive a refund instead of having it resent, we will refund your order minus a 10% restocking fee. Your shipping cost will also not be refunded as we cannot retrieve this cost.
We only replace items (at our cost) if they are defective on arrival. Please note our products are quality checked before being packed to avoid any faults on arrival. You must contact uswithin 14 daysof receiving your items if there is an issue, to be eligible for an exchange.
