PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times are an estimation and may be affected due to the Coronavirus. PLEASE be patient as your parcel is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

**Please note the following: We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address supplied to us. However, in the case of an incorrectly supplied address you will be charged a re-delivery fee (if this is an option with our courier). 

There may also be a delay in shipping your parcel, if your address has not been entered correctly. 

We endeavor to post orders in a timely manner, so if there are any changes that need to made to your order/address, please contact us ASAP. Unfortunately, once your parcel has been collected by our courier we cannot make any changes. 


  • All transactions are in your selected currency, but will be shipped from Australia
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) does not apply to international orders shipped to customers outside of Australia.
  • For international orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
  • UK customers - please note you will be charged a VAT fee for any orders over £15. This is an extra charge that will be required to be paid before you can collect your parcel once it has arrived in the UK. For more information please visit:


Change of Mind

Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with your item/s before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, please do contact us.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date at and provide your full name, order number and photos of the fault/damage. 

To assist us with a speedy resolution, please keep the packing materials and damaged item. 

We will make every effort to process replacements for damaged/faulty/incorrect items within 7 business days of receipt of the returned goods. The processing time for refunds is within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Please note that any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending on your card issuer’s procedures.

General Wear and Tear

Please note that we cannot offer a refund or replacement due to normal wear and tear of your item. Normal wear and tear may occur over time and with extensive use. However, we will do our very best to offer you a reasonable solution.
