All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

**Please note: We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address supplied to us. However, in the case of an incorrectly supplied address you will be charged a re-delivery fee. 

There may also be a delay in shipping your parcel if your address has not been entered correctly. 


  • All transactions are in your selected currency, but will be shipped from Australia. 
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) does not apply to international orders shipped to customers outside of Australia.
  • For international orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


Change of Mind

We don't often provide refunds for change of mind, but please reach out if you have extenuating circumstances.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a full refund. Please notify us immediately at and provide your full name, order number and details of the fault.

To assist us with a speedy resolution, please keep the packing materials and damaged item. 

We will make every effort to process replacements for damaged/faulty/incorrect items within 7 business days of receipt of the returned goods. The processing time for refunds is within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Please note that any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending on your card issuer’s procedures.
