Zones Of Regulation Pack

This pack provides a FUN and ENGAGING way to introduce the The Zones of Regulation. It assists students in identifing which Zone of Emotion they are in by giving them cute visual of emotions sorted into zones and providing EFFECTIVE calming strategies.

Included is a Zones of Emotion poster, an individual tool book and individual tracker to help students navigate the correct Zones and self regulate. The feedback froom this printable toolkit and poster pack has been incredible.

Implementation Ideas/Suggestions

• Print the Zones of Emotion and Regulation poster and place on your classroom wall to assist the students with identifying which zone they are in. 

• The individual Zones of Regulation tracker can be laminated and placed on your students’ desks so the students can identify how they are feeling that day. 

• The Zones of Regulation toolbook can be laminated, cut and hole punched to attach a ribbon to keep it together. 

• Students can then swap the strategies for the emotional regulation that they may feeling.

This resource makes up part of the overall Your Teacher’s Pet Creature Emotional Regulation approach to introducing self-regulation skills. It works fantasticly on its own but could always be enhanced by paring it with a Your Teacher's Pet Creature plush and our other related resources.
